Easy and simple interface. Nothing complicated. Plus point that it works without signal as well , most of the altimeter apps work with internet connection only which defeats its usefulness as at higher altitude there are no signals. So it's a very good app and is very much accurate with its information. Also the camera option with Location and Altitude is cherry on cake.

"Great idea, confusing implementation" sums up my experience. The tiny "record hike" buttons are tucked away in a corner. In one display the altitude gained/lost matches the displayed max/min. In another place, a 300 ft gain was displayed as 11,000+ ft! Trying to display two separate walks in one day failed. The only route shown was the last, ½ mile, walk. The 1.5 - 2.0 mile walk couldn't be displayed. The free app has ads, the $1.99 Pro app doesn't. Overall, the app is disappointing.

i needed help in the mountains and it doesn't work if you don't consent to the ads. I hate this new age apps where the display of ads trumps user experience. This isn't an altimeter, it's an ad machine with an afterthought. 3 apps, none displayed anything until I went back to the city to sign the consent of ads. Thanks, I know the altitude of the city.
