I had a disappointing experience with Excellent Car Service. The driver told me the fare was $15, but the app showed the fare should have been $11. Before paying, I called dispatch to clarify the correct amount. The dispatcher confirmed that the correct fare was $11. Based on that information, I paid the driver $12. Afterward, my account was suspended, and I was unable to use the service. I was never given a clear explanation for the suspension or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Sometimes app doesnt load, gps isnt always accurate with car location. Overall good and convenient app but needs a lot of improvements
