Whenever I open a support ticket, I just receive a generic automated reply telling me to be patient. When I called, they only said the withdrawal would be confirmed “as soon as possible,” without giving any specific date. Be cautious with this company; it seems likely they may be insolvent and are using new customers’ funds to pay off earlier withdrawal requests.
