About this app

PrintSpace runs a textile printing and manufacturing business end to end, from
the phone in your pocket. Grey fabric arrives, batches move through printing and
job work, pieces get folded, packed and dispatched, and the GST invoice, stock
ledger and party balance all update themselves.

Built for printing units, saree and dress material manufacturers, fabric mills
and traders who are tired of running the floor on notebooks and spreadsheets.

PURCHASE
• Raise purchase orders and track what is still pending
• Record gate entries as material reaches the gate
• Convert to GRN with actual received meters, not ordered meters
• Every receipt posts straight to stock and to the supplier ledger

PRODUCTION AND JOB WORK
• Open a batch, issue grey fabric, follow it through each printing stage
• Send material out for job work and reconcile what comes back
• Record cutting and meter reconciliation to catch shortfalls early
• Job work bills tally against issued and returned quantities
• Complete a batch and see what it actually cost to make

PACKING
• Pack pieces into boxes and bales, single design or mixed
• Bulk bale creation when you are packing a full lot
• Every box carries its design, fold and piece count
• Open a box later to see exactly what is inside

SALES AND DISPATCH
• Book orders against your price list with lot rules applied
• Dispatch with challan and raise the GST invoice from the same screen
• Record receipts against outstanding bills
• Party outstanding and ledger stay live, no month end reconciliation

STOCK AND INVENTORY
• Separate views for raw material and finished product stock
• Stock by design, by fold and by size
• Transfer between storage areas
• Opening stock entry when you first move over

MASTERS AND CONTROL
• Parties as buyers, suppliers, brokers, transporters or job workers
• Items with designs, folds, sizes, HSN codes and pack configuration
• Price lists, including party specific rates
