VIVA turns your phone into your business phone. Make and receive calls
on your work number, send and receive business texts, listen to
voicemail, and message your team — all from one app.

VIVA is the mobile companion to your VIVA phone system. Your
administrator sets up your account and sends you your sign-in details.
Once you sign in, the app configures itself — there's nothing to set up
by hand.

- Make and receive calls on your business number over Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Get a native incoming-call screen, even when your phone is locked
- Send and receive business text messages
- Listen to voicemail and read transcripts
- Message colleagues with built-in team chat

BUILT FOR MOBILE
- Incoming calls wake the app through push notifications — no need to
open it first, and no background service draining your battery
- Calls show your business caller ID, keeping your personal number private
- Start a call on your computer and continue it on your phone

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT
VIVA is for people whose organisation already uses the VIVA phone
system. You'll need sign-in details from your administrator. Calling and
messaging are provided through your organisation's VIVA subscription.

PERMISSIONS
- Microphone — required for calls
- Notifications — used to alert you to incoming calls and messages
- Contacts (optional) — used only to display caller names on your device
