ability to open outer gate from my car is great, but that's pretty much the only thing that works. The button for the inner gate does not work, you still have to input the code. AutoPay does not work and if you miss the payment date they remove your ability to pay online, so now for the second time in a row I have to find time to call the office during business hours - which is when I'm supposed to be sleeping. Managing rental move-in and out is easy though.

The app usually works fine, but for the past couple months when I try to pay my bill it just says "Unable to load". Usually if I've a problem with an app I just hold the app icon a couple seconds until 'app info' pops up, press 'Force stop', 'Storage & Cache', 'Clear Cache' and/or Clear storage', to totally reset the app to default settings. But that rarely works and I just wait until it acts right on its own. Odd, since if your payment is late you get penalized for non-payment.

The app is GREAT! However, every 3-6 months they raise the rates SIGNIFICANTLY! Although I've called every time and they do agree to something lower, its a scam to get more money out of customers who are stuck paying much higher rates because all their stuff is there! When I opened my account 1 yr ago, my cost was $92/month. This was NOT an introductory rate (although they tried to say it was, I had screen shots showing it wasnt). Within 1 year they were trying to charge $240. NOT OK.
