Not being able to talk to someone. Not if there was a system upgrade, that failed? Try to top up someone and it is bringing up all old information and old cc cards. Can't add new ones. Won't process new requests. I was satisfied all along been using it for years. Now it not so good. Need to have some reach out to me.

This is the worst Top-Up app ever the customer service it's absolutely impossible to deal with. Live chat is with digitalized system there is no life person to talk to. I have issue with the payment my card is absolutely fine and it's keep getting rejected. Suggestion please find another app don't waste your time

The UI really is terrible, most of button text is not visible and the whole lauout looks like some preschoolers were in charge. For the high markup in the dollar to pesos exchange rate one would think the ding management would care more about the professional look and feel of their product, but it looks like the UI developers just left the Lego stones sandbox, GROW UP!!
