Was able to make 2 transactions and was then denied for not fulfilling their security standard ... Their answer "Unfortunately, there is no other information we can provide you on this. Please find an alternative way to send your top-ups." Even them told me to use another app, just saying. Don't waste your money and time with them. There is less expensive and better options.

I've used this app for over a year and made several transactions already. Recently they blocked my transactions, to the same phone number I've always topped up for over a year, without any explanation. I contacted support and they said they need to verify my identity. You want to verify my identity over a year later? They said I would receive the verification email instantly, but I never received anything. I've switched over to World Remit to process my international top ups without any issues.

It sucks this is the second time i'm having the same issue first the top-up was fowarded successfully then a week after it says that an error occured , couldn't process the purchase they've been asking for ID then after that they said they couldn't fix the issues and that i can't any further send top ups i've opened another account, same story! you guys are not reliable, no wonder why my bank use to ask my permission before processing your transactions ! It’s a shame ! I do not recommend!
