Last year bought 2 H8PRO cameras. These have a fearure where the camera tracks a person when it is in it's view. At first it worked great. But at some point which was sometimes either at the end of last year or beggining of this year it stopped working. I mean that the camera still tracks a person but it's impossible to watch that clip in the app as it is jumping immediately over to next clip. Same thing happens on both cameras. I have tried all obvious fixes but to no avail.

Features are being removed and the system is becoming more useless, cant even change the floodlight setting anymore. Cameras routinely unpair and they have to be taken down and re-paired at the base station. Admin rights to others doesn't mean anything as they cannot do anything of note like changing settings of the camera, the very definition of admin. Camera quality is good but you may as well use aftermarket software.

Where to begin? The units are quite easy to setup. 1 star. The app resets all your saved settings when it feels like it. I've had to delete and factory reset devices JUST TO GET THE ALARM TO STOP! At night I set all alarms to active. But I get NO in app notifications of someone in my garden. Why? Because the in app notifications are now mysteriously set to off. I have more anxiety about the camera being set properly than I do about having someone trying to break in. 6 camera setup, useless.
