compared to another mobile banking app it's is far better . it doesn't charge any amount if you filling IPO another. it provide varieties of free services . Some time it's current amount was not showing I think that is a technical problem or bug .it will be considered. over all it is good and provide good service to it's customer.

since new update app does not open at all. crashes on startup. Email support of absolutely zero help. They say app won't work on rooted devices, but mine is not rooted at all. Even reset my phone. So I tried to use web version, does not even have option to reset password. Absolutely useless.

I hate this app. Because everyday whenever I use this app, error always occurs like during login or transaction processing. I tried from last hour to load money into khalti, couldn't load money. As a Developer perspective or user point of view. I am highly suggesting to not use this App. If customers regularly face issue with mobile banking app then why should we use useless app when we need emergency services. so frustrating while using it. Please Siddhartha Bank team please fix immediately.
