Worst mobile banking app I have ever used. Most of the time it is either down, extremely slow, or simply not working at all. Transactions often fail, but the amount still gets debited from the account, which is very frustrating and concerning. A banking app should be reliable and secure, but this one frequently creates problems instead of solving them. Users depend on mobile banking for quick and safe transactions, yet this app repeatedly fails to deliver even the basic functionality.

I don't know if F1 soft is being careless in this particular app or Prime bank is not investing enough. Banking and transactions in general are very sensitive topics and yet one of the worst experiences ever. I would never use this app if my workplace did not require me to use it.

Fix this buggy app it stucks and freezes booting/opening. Please make it functional and stable for android & ios users. Needs a lot of improvement. In my Android 15, I am having lots of problems running this app.
