Worst mobile banking app I have ever used. Most of the time it is either down, extremely slow, or simply not working at all. Transactions often fail, but the amount still gets debited from the account, which is very frustrating and concerning. A banking app should be reliable and secure, but this one frequently creates problems instead of solving them. Users depend on mobile banking for quick and safe transactions, yet this app repeatedly fails to deliver even the basic functionality.

I had trouble doing digital payments. It says transaction failed and when i try again it also says the same but after sometime it makes double payment . Thanks to the people that they return the money. Worst experience ever.This app better needs an improvement.

I don't know if F1 soft is being careless in this particular app or Prime bank is not investing enough. Banking and transactions in general are very sensitive topics and yet one of the worst experiences ever. I would never use this app if my workplace did not require me to use it.
