I’ve ended up making double payments several times because it shows “transaction failed,” even though the money is already debited from my bank account. Some people refund the amount, but others don’t. I don’t understand why the bank hasn’t fixed this issue after all this time. wish i could rate lower than one star.

I had trouble doing digital payments. It says transaction failed and when i try again it also says the same but after sometime it makes double payment . Thanks to the people that they return the money. Worst experience ever.This app better needs an improvement.

I don't know if F1 soft is being careless in this particular app or Prime bank is not investing enough. Banking and transactions in general are very sensitive topics and yet one of the worst experiences ever. I would never use this app if my workplace did not require me to use it.
