I am experiencing lots of technical issues with this app. I'm not receiving any notifications, particularly for my messages. When I mark a message as spam, it suddenly disappears, and I can't locate it in the spam folder. To retrieve a message marked as spam, I have to clear the app's data first. The delay in response due to notification issues has been quite frustrating.

Zero stars is what this app deserves. Lately, it's been randomly deleting sections of my draft posts. You can't add descriptions to photos in this app. The add button intermittently disappears when adding hashtags. If you want a reliable app to assist in preparing & scheduling posts, then do not use this app. You can schedule posts on Facebook. Business Suite is full of bugs. It's a waste of your time.

Recent update has rendered inbox useless. Prior to December 2023 update, I could open business suite, and go to the messages or to comments on the Facebook page via the inbox. Since the update, if I click on inbox, on comments or on messages, the app just throws me out of business suite. My phone is compatible with the app, and nothing else has changed, other than the software update. UPDATE : many software updates installed in January, February, March and April. Inbox still doesn't work.
