Ratings and reviews

The Jordan Islamic Bank app has become extremely frustrating. The updates are nonstop, and every time the app becomes unstable, freezes, or completely stops working. Services suddenly go down after these updates with zero communication or warning to users. This is unacceptable for a banking app. Please fix the performance issues and stop pushing updates that break the system.

Creating a new account in a nightmare and even when you manage to do that, trying to log in is an absolute nightmare. I keep receiving "incorrect password" despite having made the password 2 seconds before, and even after I made a new password via "forgot my password" it still won't let me in.

I was trying to open an online account... It's a nightmare! Many thanks to the developers. I hope they dont develop further applications anymore. I wish to the quality checkers happy dreams. I believe the developers pushed the app to the PlayStore while the QC were on vacation. lagging... "Service failed", "unauthorised failure" error messages upon uploading documents, lagging and more lagging. Yes, I couldn't open an account after all.
