JIB is one of the worst applications I have ever used. Most of the time, I cannot even log in to the app. On the rare occasions that I am able to log in, I am still unable to activate online payments or access any other features

Terrible performance and reliability, wouldn't load for days rendering it impossible to access my account or make cliq payments.

The application frequently shows “server not available” errors followed by timeouts. This has been happening much more often recently, and it is causing significant inconvenience for users. The issue could also occur at a critical moment when we need to complete a Click transaction. Please investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
