Unfortunately, as JIB is the only actual Islamic bank in Jordan, it has one of the most disappointing banking apps. The app takes a long time to load and switch between screens, and it occasionally fails to open altogether. It feels outdated, especially compared to other banking apps. Even a simple money transfer requires going through several unnecessary steps. All of these issues occur while using a flagship phone.

A very poor app; every time I log in, it asks me to re-enter my information—account number and national ID number—and to take photos of my ID and myself, (even though I already have an account). I hope you resolve the issue as soon as possible so that we can benefit from the app's services.

The app is very slow and logs me out after each click and if I used my finger to open it and removed my finger be it open, it will stop working completely and force me to delete it and re-download it 3 times due to this issue, also islami pay is slow and each time I pay through my phone it asks me again to make JIB the main payment app, and whenever I pay the supermarket or mall visa device keeps asking for confirmations and regret the payments, and even worse I'm not allowed to use google pay
