I have, due to the cost of shipping (which is the same if you order 1 week at a time of order 9 meals for longer term use, based on my needs covers 3wks) I have started ordering larger numbers and then freeze. I have found not as great tasting but still cost effective. My suggestion is don't microwave if you need to freeze but defrost overnight and cook in oven. Taste closer to never been frozen that way.

We have tried numerous other boxed meal services, and Factor 75 beats them all, hands down! There is basically zero prep time. And if you've tried some of the others, you KNOW that's a huge win! The food is undoubtedly fresh and delicious. And where the flavor profiles of the other boxed services tend to blend into each other (it all starts tasting the same), every meal we've had is unique and flavorful. Thank you, Factor 75, for making dinner easy, healthy, and unbelievably delicious. You win!

The food is great, the app is not. This is a standard "web page as app" set-up, and it has a major issue. When choosing your meals your selections aren't saved as you make each one. Only when you hit save are they persisted. But you can't hit save until you've chosen as many meals as the plan you're on. If you accidentally hit back, or pull to refresh or the phone goes to sleep, all your choices are wiped out and reset to the preselected ones.
