The app constantly says Chestnut Praline is not available at my - or ANY - location, and it happens with other things too. All sorts of different items. Flavors, most often. The app is constantly saying my preferred store doesn't have my drink, and none of the stores around have it either - but all of the stores are fully stocked on it. For at least 2 years this is going on!! SO I can't flippin order ahead. All season long every single year. I'm sick of it! Can you please just fix it already???

I've had the app for a long time. Over the past few weeks, I have no longer been able to order in the app. I tried talking with support, and eventually after back and forth and trying everything they suggested, was told that this is a known issue that when you go to order once clicking on your location, the app crashes. I can use the app on a laptop or desktop, but that's very inconvenient. It also stopped accepting my password and I had to change it. hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.

Works great, only issue is for people like me that submit expenses for reimbursement. Receipts in app don't list the date until the day after the transaction (until then it just says "Today") which means I can't submit expense reports immediately. Very annoying, very niche. edited to add a new issue: if they mess up your order there's no way to fix it other than going back to the Starbucks in person which is almost never worth it so you're just stuck with whatever they gave you.
