Ratings and reviews

I gave 3 stars for the pick-up side of the app, but as for delivery, it doesn't work. It won't let me adjust the pin so I have to use a different address otherwise delivery is confusing, and then I go to add payment method and it says try another method or try again later. Tried a different method, still wouldn't work. Went over to doordash and my payment worked fine. Annoying I can't get points because they can't figure out the app.

App and website have quit functioning all together. Can't find stores nearby to order from so we can't do mobile orders. I'm lucky if I'm able to reload my card on the website and pull up the barcode on the app. the website won't show the barcode, the app won't let you reload. This is ridiculous. How can something that used to work so well suddenly go to trash and STAY that way for so many months? I don't even know what my balance is half the time because that hasn't updated in 7 months.

I love Starbucks! I enjoy using the app because of the rewards and what not. the app also makes it much easier to order something if you aren't too familiar with their menu or their barista lingo, the app makes ordering a breeze. Great for people who like to order more specific type requests when ordering their coffee, tea, refresher, etc. they're extremely accommodating/flexible with customers orders. So, on that note, you can't go wrong with Starbucks.
