Fake Location lets you place your phone anywhere on the map. Pick a spot, press start, and other apps see that position instead of where you really are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Tap anywhere on the map to drop a pin
• Search for an address and jump straight to it
• Save the places you use often and switch between them in one tap
• Use your real position as a starting point
• Export and import your saved places as JSON

HOW IT WORKS

Android lets one app supply a simulated position, but the switch is hidden. The app walks you through it in two short steps the first time you open it, and shows you exactly where the setting lives. No root required.

Once running, a notification stays visible so you always know the simulated position is active. Stop it any time and your phone goes back to its real GPS.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL

This app needs Developer options enabled and needs to be selected as the mock location app. The setup guide inside the app shows you how — it takes about a minute and you only do it once.

Some apps detect simulated positions and may not accept them.

PRIVACY

Your saved places stay on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and we never see where you are or where you pretend to be.
