SOLUTION: it means you must have biometric authentication setup on your phone, so you must set it up ie: fingerprin when trying to login, it says it requires a biometric authentication, but I can see litterally zero way to set this up or do it. I have even checked on the banana ball website for a way to set this up, I don't find anything. I can log into the website easily, so doesn't seem to be an account issue, but rather an app issue. I also can't find anyway to contact anyone for assistance.

The entire process has been a cluster from the start. I get why there's a lottery system, but everything else is confusing. Purchasing tickets was a nightmare & it's been a nightmare since. A lot of info isn't even available until the very last minute. Parking info was originally listed as free shuttles and now right before the game it's $10 a person. Feels like a bait and switch. Luckily transferring tickets worked, but everything else is an absolute joke. So much for fun & games.

The app has been fine for me. It's not 100% perfect, but once I had my account set up fully for purchasing and selling, it worked great. I have purchased tickets and sold on their Marketplace when I ended up not needing a couple of the tickets I originally purchased. I have also received a transfered ticket from someone who sent it from the app on their phone and didn't have any issues on either end.
