We bought a pair of fans, and it wasn't too difficult to set up. No one at home uses the app except for me. The power button on the control that it came with is going out so I have to use the app. We never really had issues but within the last couple of weeks I notice it crashes as soon as it opens. First it let you clear the cache and it would be fine but that's no longer the case. Probably need to start looking for some new fans. The fans are fine but there will be no way to control em.

The app is useless. We bought a ceiling fan bc it looked really nice for our room. The app doesnt connect you even when you are on a 2.4 ghz wifi. Cant find anywhere to get this stuff fixed. Oh well.... Back to the lazy way. Also find it rather impossible I am the first person to write any kind of review....

I got the app to work!!! I turned the fan on n off 3 times in a row using the wall switch ending with the fan & light on. Then I pushed the remote light button the same way on/off 3 times. The light on the fan started blinking. The app was in search mode and it found it. Then I followed the prompts to finish. The app works nice now.
