Too bad you can't add any custom amount to your wallet. If I have 5k left and the next journey is 7k, you can't add the 2k but instead 10k all over. It's a waste of money. please fix it in an update

the old faras was amazing..reliable but suddenly something changed around December...accessibility poor,it has come close to useless, nothing is working...maybe just once in a while when lucky

I recently had a frustrating experience using Faras. The driver took a longer route than necessary, which increased the fare and resulted in me being late for an appointment. This was not the level of service I expected. I also tried reaching out through the customer service number, which was unavailable, and sent an email but have yet to receive a response.
