What is the purpose of offering a wallet payment option if most riders prefer passengers who pay with cash? I am forced to cancel over 10 rides daily simply because I choose to use the wallet feature, and riders reject me after accepting the ride. I suggest implementing a feature that displays the customer's payment method (wallet vs. cash) before riders accept a ride. This would reduce unnecessary cancellations and improve the user experience for both parties.

I have been exeprincing a problem when typing my destination it sorts of hang and one has to wait till tge keyboard to suggesting the word being typed i have even tried uninstaling and reinstaling but still no change … .I wrote an e-mail 📧 and have gotten no response from you

This was good, but this habit of thinking about themselves is not good the riders are crying because of the increase of the price of fuel but for you you can't add even a single coin to the trip
