The latest upgrade introduced several bugs that have persisted for more than three months: No notifications are sent when a driver messages you after accepting a ride; you must open the chat to see them. The map is months behind updates compared to apps like Google Maps. When entering a destination, you cannot delete or insert text in the middle of the phrase—only the last character can be edited. Notably, the regular calling feature was broken after the upgrade but has since been fixed.

What is the purpose of offering a wallet payment option if most riders prefer passengers who pay with cash? I am forced to cancel over 10 rides daily simply because I choose to use the wallet feature, and riders reject me after accepting the ride. I suggest implementing a feature that displays the customer's payment method (wallet vs. cash) before riders accept a ride. This would reduce unnecessary cancellations and improve the user experience for both parties.

I have been exeprincing a problem when typing my destination it sorts of hang and one has to wait till tge keyboard to suggesting the word being typed i have even tried uninstaling and reinstaling but still no change … .I wrote an e-mail 📧 and have gotten no response from you
