Ratings and reviews

Drivers cannot rate their customers and if they do, the customer is unable to see the ratings. one of your driver's over charged me, and I am grateful for your customer care service, because the driver sent me the extra amount I paid him within less than an hour after I called the customer care. whatever punishment they gave the driver is none of my business. Also improve on your maps, I once got lost when both the driver/ my app disappeared on trip and we didn't know the drop off location

Faras is an excellent ride-hailing app! It's easy to use, fast, and reliable. Booking a ride takes only a few seconds, and the drivers are professional and friendly. The app is smooth, the fares are reasonable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for safe and convenient transportation.

I gave it a neutral rating because the app limits phone numbers to 9 digits when registering. Unfortunately, my phone number is 10 digits so I can't use it 😕
