Difficult to install biometrics. Cannot see statements. Additional cardholder cannot access. Recent update removed fingerprint access and refused to accept passcode. Later I reinstalled the App and cleared the cache. All then worked well. Two days later I had an auto update which messed things up again. Crazy.

The app no longer allows me to pay by card or by online,I've missed payments due to this issue,was working fine up until a month ago.Update,app no longer supports my bank so I'm being overcharged due to the issue of not being able to make a payment,absolute joke,funny how you can take a direct debit from the bank that I can't pay online or by card with.

The app does not allow you to use your account number. Only a card number. Can someone at Marbles try this as if a newly registering customer pls and maybe fix it. Thanks
