The app doesn't show the correct information for my program app wise all it's good for is to see what's in your account and what is being settled it doesn't show accurate payment structures for me. The program. on the other hand is good I've been in this for close to 2 years I'm almost debt free it's a good way to get your debt handled without thinking about it and figuring it all out yourself the fees for the settlements are fine since they are doing all the work I recommend this company.

I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled etc and I have not been able to use the app and log on. It goes through the motions to access (email, user ID, password, code number) but once all is entered, brings me right back to the beginning.

Don't trust their sales reps or the estimates they give you. The sales reps will tell you that they "guarantee" a settlement of 50% of your debt and possibly an even better settlement offer than that. It is a lie. If you call customer service about this bait and switch, they will be SO apologetic and say, "oh, we're sorry, but we CAN'T actually guarantee that settlement rate. SO sorry, can't do anything!" They are very polite, but unable to truly do much for you at all.
