regretting it. settlement fees are not clarified and having to pay monthly fees that doesn't let the next negotiation begin. first settlement was quick in like about 2 months but since then get charged monthly fees of $700 and still lists more fees scheduled. Haven't used my card and getting messages that they are not going to help because the interest is going up on it despite no charges added. I was feeling good aafter the first settlement but not so sure now.

The app doesn't show the correct information for my program app wise all it's good for is to see what's in your account and what is being settled it doesn't show accurate payment structures for me. The program. on the other hand is good I've been in this for close to 2 years I'm almost debt free it's a good way to get your debt handled without thinking about it and figuring it all out yourself the fees for the settlements are fine since they are doing all the work I recommend this company.

worst decision of my life! The only thing they "helped" with was getting court fees and fines and wage garnishments added to my list of problems. The first thing they told me to do was stop paying my creditors. then they did not handle any of my creditors until I had enough money in my account until I got court summons. update, my car is being repossessed because I trusted freedom debt relief.
