This card and app are a scam! I paid one day early, confirmation went through, money was taken out of my account. Two days later I get an email stating I missed a payment. When I called they simply said they can submit a request to get the late fee taken off. Received a swift update about my request which was denied. With all the interest fees and unintelligible customer service people, I am extremely frustrated and absolutely can not wait to get rid of this card!

Sending threatening emails when I was only 1 day late on a payment (It was the 2nd of the month and I was waiting for money to clear... On the 3rd) and this company threatened to report the late balance to the credit... Word that starts with a b that I can't spell. The day after the 1st. When I was gonna pay on the 3rd because that was when my funds would be available. Not cool. I am only keeping my account open because having a lightly used card will help with my credit score.

f avant. customer service not helpful, payment is difficult. I would suggest paying it off and snapping your card in half. keep the credit just don't use it. they will take advantage of people trying to improve a credit score only to complete transactions a week after paying through the app. they know we are week to week so they wait til you assume it went through but then charge late fees or missed or returned payment fees. .oooooo1 stars but that is " not what we hope for" and yet they do it.
