New App Version is not recommendable!!! It takes too long to log in. I cannot withdraw easily when I am in a hurry. It took almost an hour just trying to log in!!! Very laggy. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! PLEASE TRY TO FIX THIS LAG ISSUE!!!

worst mobile banking app I've used. Transferring money to other banks via instapay always failed. Your wallet gets deducted but the money never reached the other bank. Refund takes 2-3 days. Very frustrating esp. if you're in the middle of emergency. Another issue is e-load. Tried to load my phone # using the old app, always failed but my wallet got deducted. The worst part is you never get a REFUND. Your "system maintenance" is useless. How can we trust your bank if all we get is frustration?

it's just so slow to log in and logging in from time to time makes it worst. i hope there is still improvement
