Imagine, why use this app if that one core feature of a digital bank to transfer funds is always failing? And your servers are always down, even just accessing the T&C portion of the app after first launching it is already inaccessible? Mix that with an app asking too many unecessary permissions without proper disclosure on why it is needed. (Location, Camera, Phone (not contacts). I dont think this app is a digital bank app at this point

Worst banking app, my account was blocked and the money was still there. how can i get my money back if my account was blocked? i reset the credentials, i did everything to retrieve my account and still cant log in. also they don't respond to any sms or text. THIS IS THE WORST BANKING APP THAT YOU CAN GET.

This app is terrible; it’s constantly lagging, and it’s hard to log in even with a strong internet connection. It always requires an update, but nothing actually changes—it remains useless. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
