Recommend purchasing the no ads, but it still takes patience and strategy to balance out the management so you can start making in the money. It's bot too slow of progression, but it's not one of those games where you just burn through it either. I like.

I am genuinely disappointed by this game. It's idle, no problem. why exactly is every upgrade so expensive for such a low return? I hired every cleaner, and somehow my hospital is never clean and ALL my patients are chronic. I can't purchase enough upgrades unless I pay real money. I have played MANY similar games and haven't found one this low in upgrade quality until now.

Great game. Money accumulates quite slowly to complete tasks but there's no real pushing to spend money either unless you want to which is refreshing.
