Feather Rally is the all-in-one badminton club management app — run your rally days, host tournaments, organize leagues, and track every player's rating across every match. Built by club organizers, for club organizers.

GAME MODES
🏸 Round Robin — Auto-generated rotating schedules across multiple courts. Rounds mode for fixed schedules, Live Queue mode for big nights (3+ courts, players flowing in and out).
🏸 Team RR — Split a packed gym into parallel mini-RRs so everyone keeps playing without waiting.
🏸 King of the Court — Pairs admin-balanceable, winner stays, big-screen Dashboard mode for the gym TV.
TOURNAMENTS & LEAGUES
🏆 Host public tournaments with automated draws (single-elim, consolation, round-robin, group-then-KO), per-event seeding, live scoreboard, and player self-registration with admin approval.
🏆 Run recurring competitive leagues — open-pool (individual ELO, partners rotate) or fixed-pairs (registered pair shares one rating).
FEATHER RALLY RATING (FRR)
📈 Every scored match feeds a global skill rating. See your number climb (or not) with every game.
📈 Club-scoped CFRR tracks how you stack up within a specific club, separate from your global score.
📈 Everyone seeds at the same neutral 1500 — your rating only moves through wins and losses, not self-rated guesswork.
CLUB MANAGEMENT
👥 Track approved members, pending join requests, waitlist, regulars (auto-enrolled in every future rally day).
👥 Add guests to roster OR waitlist when the rally day is full — bring a +1 from your own account, no admin chase.
👥 Club ledger tracks running balances per member for cash/e-transfer deposits the club admin holds. Pay-from-balance pill makes settling up one tap.
LIVE COLLABORATION
⚡ Two admins on different courts can enter scores simultaneously — server-side merge + Realtime broadcast keep both views in sync within ~100ms, no overwrites.
⚡ Auto-save every 250ms with audit-logged recovery, so a refresh mid-input never loses a score.
⚡ Cross-device push (iOS + Android + web) for waitlist promotions, club join requests, and rally-day reminders.
