I love that you can stream Hallmark movies and shows. However, when I click to download a movie/show, it just shows "queued" but doesn't ACTUALLY download.. it's like this on all the devices I've logged into.. and it doesn't matter what kind of connection I've got, it just won't move past queued.

Buffers alot and picture is very blurry. It seems to be perfect at times where people wouldn't be on it. So this platform cannot handle a lot of people at once. This is an issue that has been gone on for a very long time and is not being addressed. None of the trouble shooting works. They need to fix the bugs within the app. Don't waste your money get up TV it works perfectly.

AWFUL APP! It keeps locking up and has repeated buffering. Unable to watch a movie or show without pausing continuously throughout. This is the only app that does this, so it's logical that it's the app and not my internet. Hallmark needs to invest in quality app tech & support instead of gimmicks to get subscribers. I timed the buffering, and in 60 seconds, the movie paused EIGHT times! That's 720 times within a 90-minute movie!!! Frustration has set in, and the cost is not worth it.
