Edit: Just upgraded my Fire Stick to 4k and now I'm constantly getting error while the movie is playing in the background. please fix!! It used to be great! Ever since the update. My fire stick no longer works. I keep getting my device is not compatible. So now I can't watch what I'm paying for.. That would have been a great notification to send to those who have a subscription like myself!

The closed captioning no longer works when casting on my television. It works if I want to watch on my phone, but when I cast. the CC stays grayed out. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it,but to no avail. None of my other platforms or stations have this issue,so it's definitely a Hallmark plus glitch. Unfortunately, if it doesn't start working I will have to cancel my subscription.

i get SO MANY "having technical issues" message. if i chromecast a movie, usually that's ok but trying to watch a series is IMPOSSIBLE! No next episode (without watching credits) so I go back & click the next one but it goes to end of ep then the following ep comes on, keep trying & STILL the following ep pops up. disconnect chromecast & try again, episodes won't play! tried the app on my TV & that's even worse! I am getting PISSED! This app isn't cheap for me!
