The exit is never the hard part. Leaving with every fruit is.
Fruitbound is a pixel platformer built on one awkward fact: the flag at the top of each level sits on a safe route, and the fruit does not. A pineapple floats inside a saw blade's patrol arc. A melon waits on a platform that starts falling the moment you touch it. A cherry sits one tile past a fire jet that only sleeps for a second.
Reaching the flag earns one star. Taking every fruit earns two. The third star wants both with zero deaths, so one mistake changes the question from "can I finish this" to "do I settle for two stars, or start the climb over".
You run, double jump, and slide down walls to kick off them. That is the entire moveset. Eight hand-built levels stack their ledges exactly three tiles apart, which is exactly one jump, so nothing here is impossible - only expensive.
Reach the flag, collect fruit, and earn three stars without dying.
