When I try to download certain presets to my Mustang Micro Plus, the app crashes. I'm assuming it's because the presets are meant for other amps that can model a bigger set of effects and amps than what is offered on the Micro+. This could be solved by letting users filter presets based on compatibility with the device they're using, or preferably, add all of those effects to the Micro+ so users can play with a greater variety of effects and amps, like on the Fender Tone Master Pro.

App is awful now. The entire setup is now horizontal. It's very confusing and isn't easy to use like it was before. Now, it's about impossible to get set back up. It buffers every couple of minutes. You have to close it completely and then restart it in order to get back to the menu. It's not consistent at all now. I mean, what were they thinking when they updated this app? These amps are too expensive not to work with the software. Fix this, please

Just updated to the new version, and it breaks functionality that had been important to the app. It is no longer possible to move easily from one preset to the other. The horizontal orientation is fixed, and it can't be changed to vertical. The app and the pedalboard (GTX100) are not in sync. (In other words, when I change an effect on the pedal board, the change doesn't appear in the app display. Effects remain highlighted unless they are changed in the app.) An entirely disappointing update.
