To accept a job, I have to tap the accept button repeatedly—an issue I’ve confirmed affects other drivers as well, not just me. Despite this, the job often slips away before I can successfully accept it. I tried calling to report this problem and was told it would be fixed; I was later informed about a new update and installed it, but the issue remains unresolved.

The system is poor all the time. We have recommended them several times to solve the problems but they don't take action to bring progress on it. The trip prices are controversial for both the drivers and the travelers. The Ethiopian meter taxi apps are not satisfactory even if the technology is at their hands.

every second it needs refreshment and also re-installation, i dont know why? this is not good for me, i miss the previous one.
