I have seen a lot apps like this but this application has the lowest GPS tracking system😡. I have to call to the centre to calculate the price for every trip I made. The estimated price and the actual prices are very different. It is designed to satisfy the need of the customers not the drivers. They really have to update their radar or tracking system 😡.

overall the app is so slow to load, like when you first open the app the load time is long and a keybord displayed on top of the app and also mainly because of this slowness we're missing out orders when accepting them cause the app stacks

It requires an urgent update. There are many calls and tasks, but I’m concerned about explaining the lower price to the guests and coordinating with the office staff. As you know, people prefer a Frese ride to get quick service, even if it means not wanting to wait for me to call the call center. The location needs improvement.
