I have seen a lot apps like this but this application has the lowest GPS tracking system😡. I have to call to the centre to calculate the price for every trip I made. The estimated price and the actual prices are very different. It is designed to satisfy the need of the customers not the drivers. They really have to update their radar or tracking system 😡.

It requires an urgent update. There are many calls and tasks, but I’m concerned about explaining the lower price to the guests and coordinating with the office staff. As you know, people prefer a Frese ride to get quick service, even if it means not wanting to wait for me to call the call center. The location needs improvement.

It's a really good and friendly app. But it has problems. It crashes a lot, i get notifications but doesn't show the call, at night times it doesn't close after arrival to destination to show our customers how much the trip coasted. I say this because the app needs to be updated to fix all this bugs. Please update your app sa soon as possible so we can work properly. Thank you.
