As soon as I paid the 1 month $12.99 subscription, the app froze. I closed the app and restarted my phone, but it still can't get past the "collect" screen. What's also odd (and I'm upset with myself for not realizing this beforehand) is the app doesn't ask you to create an account before forcing you to subscribe for a monthly or annual subscription. update: I did request a refund from Google and was advised the request does not fall within the company's policy guidelines.

Freezing after purchase is not expected. Please update Collect, then email collect@ferrixlabs.com with your Google Play order number, device model and app version so we can check the purchase and access problem. Google Play also lets you request a refund from your order history. — The Collect Team

The app didnt have anything claimable. And alot of what they had needed you to submit tons of documents, but they marked it as no proof needed. I paid for the subscription for the year, but then realized this isnt for me and canceled and asked for my refund. I've emailed them 3 times now and they have continued to ignore my emails. Terrible app.

You have to pay for info that is easy to find yourself. The place I found it about the app off course did not mention that, the people they pay to advertise their app are very misleading in the words they use to get you to download, sign up and use this app. s quick search and you can find the info they charge for. it's the people they pay to advertise for them that makes the company look bad.
