terrible. my job has been using for about a year. switched without much notice, but alas I can't help that. the app is terrible. there have been at least 5 times that my money has gone missing. it has eventually come back, but after frantic messaging (don't even get me started on the lack of customer services) it even got lost after paying for an instant transfer once also. customer service is practically non existent... you can email them and wait... and wait ... and wait some more. 0/5⭐

This app is total garbage!! MY company is switching from daily pay, to this app! why?? daily pay worked so well from day one, First off, you have to have a code sent to your email or phone and then use that to log into this app so annoying!! WHY not just have a pin code to log in?? my biggest issue with this app is doesn't update your current pay!! half the time! you just get a email confirmation,but no funds until you get your direct deposit! what's the point!! pretty much useless!!

App is unbelievably slow and buggy. My money hasn't gone missing or anything horrible like that. But it does take 3 minutes to load the app on a semi-regular basis, sometimes 5. Occasionally screen text will glitch or not load properly or the app will just completely auto shut down on its own. The app doesn't offer early paycheck direct deposit like other services do. Finally, what gave it 1 star is: they ask for a review every time I open the app. Well, here you go! I don't like it at all =(
