app was working fine before I went to work today, sometime during my shift, there was a new update, now I'm off work and it's saying I have to reverify all of my cards, but it's bugging out, so it won't let me type any of my cards info into the boxes provided. I've closed the app completely, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled, and nothing is working. I have no way to access my money right now. I depend on the money on this app, just as I'm sure many others do, so this is NOT okay.

This app is total garbage!! MY company is switching from daily pay, to this app! why?? daily pay worked so well from day one, First off, you have to have a code sent to your email or phone and then use that to log into this app so annoying!! WHY not just have a pin code to log in?? my biggest issue with this app is doesn't update your current pay!! half the time! you just get a email confirmation,but no funds until you get your direct deposit! what's the point!! pretty much useless!!

terrible. my job has been using for about a year. switched without much notice, but alas I can't help that. the app is terrible. there have been at least 5 times that my money has gone missing. it has eventually come back, but after frantic messaging (don't even get me started on the lack of customer services) it even got lost after paying for an instant transfer once also. customer service is practically non existent... you can email them and wait... and wait ... and wait some more. 0/5⭐
