Too difficult to schedule a block. Had to go physically to warehouse more than once to ask what was happening, register for the cargo program as I own a minivan and they did something on my profile that now I'm able to schedule blocks but the pay is to low considering some facts. I use other deliveries platforms and most of the time I have to cancel blocks on fetch because the other platform pays better.

This is a message for the creators of this app. I don't understand why the app does not have a notification sound. when opening the app, there is the name and next to it is a bell with a line through it. first I thought that somehow I had not turned on all of my notifications. But they're all turned on, which made me realize that the app itself does not have a notification sound. Please fix that.and

They want to be cheap basically lol. This app does not work at all pretty much a waste of time.i have been on the phone since 8 am trying to speak to an actual person about why I cannot pick up shifts. Emailed support multiple times. Its 1 pm still no help but they keep emailing me about shifts to work today. They wanted to be cheap developing this app and it shows. Even more issues trying to set up everything for pay as well. Cannot get in contact with actual people so this is fun.
