This app can be very unreliable and the customer care are too slow to respond to clients if there is an issue. I have made payments using this app where money was deducted from my wallet as well as mail notification but I was not provided a receipt by the app to show as proof of payment to merchant who was not credited. This can make one look bad. I would advice you use this app as a last resort and in places where you are a regular customer to avoid embarrassment.

To view the receipt of your transaction, kindly click on "History" on the bottom menu bar. Input the date range and then click on the search icon after authorizing with your pin to see all transactions within the stipulated date range. You can also click on a transaction to see the full statement.

For over 4 months now, I have been trying to pay bills with my money in the wallet but it's not going. I've even tried transferring the money to another bank severally but the transaction kept declining. I have messaged the customer care on Whatsapp, even emailed them but no response. The company is truly a weapon fashioned against me. Pure evil

It used to be a very good app for my transactions but not anymore. Very useless and annoying app. 1 always asking me to update every seven days. 2 poor online presence. 3 no customer care online 4 you have to use email to make complain and it will take very long before your complain will be resolved. 5 I was debited on recharge and the money wasn't reversed. 6 the few customer care handle they have on Facebook and WhatsApp no response. 7 Generally annoying.
