I booked tickets for a show. Wanted to buy another ticket at a later stage but the app is not allowing me to insert my banking details. I've emailed back and forth with Fever and it feels like I'm being given an automated, generic response with none of the suggestions fixing the problem. Then they start giving me the same suggestions when I said it's not working. So frustrating and still no solution!

I bought tickets for a concert and the day after, there was a discount 20%. I asked for the difference since the promotion happened few hours later and it was rejected. As a new customer, I find it frustrating to miss out on the discount shortly after purchasing at full price. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to the app anymore. I hope you can reconsider or offer an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention.

Hardly any events in my area. The app has a "Top 5 events" section, Columbus OH only has 4 listed. In a major city with loads going on all the time. THEY DON'T OFFER REFUNDS. I accidentally booked the wrong day, immediately contacted them, and they refuse to refund me. Safe to say, they can't afford to lose out on a single penny since their app is clearly dying. They told me that they would credit me and the credit would be valid for 9 months. Would be fine if there was ANYTHING else to go to
