love the bank but logging into the app is frustrating! every time I log in I have to get a verification code, even though every time I click the remember this device option. it NEVER remembers my device. at this point I just put in random letters when it asks for a device name since it makes no difference. and lately, half the time it doesn't even send the verification code so I can't log in at all

About 80% of the time, I am forced to login just to see my balance. I have snapshot set up, but if I've been in my account recently, it makes me sign in to see it. I don't know how to view my account totals without logging in, and then to have to go through the whole text verification thing too, is a real pain when you're just looking for your totals! The app works fine after you login. No problems.

Terrible format and update. Could not get into my account whatsoever today. A message pops up saying a system error has occurred try back later. I've tried all day long and cannot get in. Now app is telling me that i have wrong credentials. Everything was working fine a couple days ago, FFCU needs to fix this ASAP! I have been with FFCU for over 15 years. This is completely unacceptable!
