App says I don't have an account. Emailed the situation (tired of waiting on hold) they emailed me my balance and told me I could register and log on. Tried again and it still says I don't have an account. Completely useless app and customer support
I downloaded the app and didn't understand it at first. So I didn't use it for a while. Later I got documentation request from ff flex and I delayed the process til the last day. I called and they walked me thru the process. It was so easy. After the representative explained it to me, I loved it! This is a great app!
Please go back to the drawing board. Someone needs to fix all these issues. I can log on fine on my laptop. But this mobile app. Says I have the wrong password. Please fix. Thanks.
Doesn't Work Galaxy Note 2- During set up: After you input all your personal info (step 1). It freezes @ step 2 & gives error msg: "object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Horrible app App doesn't show my claims, never notifies me of any alerts, and won't show transactions.
