FF Mobile Account App provides the following functionality with its initial release:
• Upload Claims and Submit Receipts
• Recent Transactions and Details
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)
• View Profile Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

The app in general is ok...BUT the general service is not. I continually lock up my account (from failed log-ins) and there is no way to unlock the account without calling customer service during their business hours--which is never when I am locked out. I would recommend being able to unlock the account by answering security questions or something...grr...

This app and their company suck. You are always locked out of your account and you can only call up until 4 pm to fix it... but you cannot legally take care of personal business before that time.

This app is really nice looking however submitting claims does not work properly. when I submit a claim I fill out all the information and then attach the receipt. after submitting the app says there was an error and to try again. However each time you push try again it re submits it without you knowing. now the other issue is even though it submits it even if it says there was an error it removes all attachments resulting is your claim getting denied
