Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations

I keep having the same problem repeat with my password not working, so I try to press "forgot password" and each and every time I've done that it ends up showing a blank screen which requires me to call the bank so I can have them do a password reset for me. It is getting very tiring

Edit: changed from 2 to 3 stars. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work again. App hasn't worked in months on my galaxy device. It immediately crashes as soon as i try to load in.

Password expire without notice. Then I cannot get access, I am locked out but the system does not tell me I am locked out after three attempts, and have to call the bank to get them to check and get me unlocked. Took 20 minutes to deposit a check today. Not worth the effort.
