Ratings and reviews

I made a payment before the due date however there was a system glitch. I reported immediately about the issue and the agent said it won't affect my account. The investigation result took some time only to find out, penalties were accumulated. I reached out again, they will force you to pay a month advance before they will remove the late fee. After making the payment, you have to message them again to inform them the payment, they will not give you a reference number. INCONVENIENCE!

The cash disbursement was fast but be careful! This OLA has very high interest rate and not very transparent about the payment terms and the amount/interest. A big red flag. So, I decided to just settled everything a day after and wished to close my account. But they refused to delete my account and they will keep my info even after deletion. But I made sure to screenshot everything and my conversation with their chat agent just in case they decide to harrass me. Better avoid this app.

I applied but not approved, although I have a lot of accounts from other loan apps and financial institutions. It is really hard to get approved in this company. I don't know my credit score, but I guess it is not low because other companies (Globe, Home Credit, Billease, etc.) instantly approved me when I applied to them. Well, thanks anyway.
