I like this well enough, but in a recent change that must have happened, I can no longer use my physical back button on my phone to go back a page. Instead it takes me out of the App and I have to re-login. The proper use of my physical back button was a big feature I advocated for, and to have it for only a couple weeks before being stripped away is ridiculous.

Constantly having problems with the app. It closes out whenever it wants. I've uninstalled it 3 times because it won't open. It doesn't recognize my password half the time and other times it makes me do complete verification steps. When I asked at the bank, the lady told me a lot of people were having problems. Not a good sign.

After 3 years, bill pay still only works 1/8th of the time, kind of a big need for a banking app. Honestly about to switch banks because this is just ridiculous I am un able to pay bills from the app with ease, I have to check back multiple times throughout the day to see if it will allow my to click bill pay and go through.
