The fact I can't do what the advertising shows about the "built in" token, Your advertising shows you can do it yourself but I ended up calling and waiting a week to get a call back and solve the issue and I'm still waiting for the callback, haven't solve my problem. You can do better Ficohsa.

Absolute nightmare: - UI looks like an app from 2006. - Asks to reset your password every 3 seconds. - Constantly has issues. - Transactions tend to fail, quite a lot. - Automated responses (Emails for resetting your password as an example) takes AGES to deliver. - Incredibly vague of what to do if something goes wrong.

The app is still missing so much options that other banks offer, such as blocking your card, details on floating transactions. Also it's the same interface as the web version, the only advantage is the fingerprint option.
