Good but currently it feels like no updates or improvements added for a while now. I will recommend you do so. One more feature I will suggest is to be able to reuse details of a past transaction to easy create a new one. Also add possibility to use the saved receiver details to also quickly create a new transaction. Also make it easy review past transactions with more details for tracing purposes, even the possibility to also search. In in short improve UX - User experience.

With My Payees, you can save recipient details and quickly reuse them for future transfers. Additionally, the e-statement option allows you to download and review your past transactions anytime.

another problem,I have been trying to get my e statements but the service is always down , once I was even charged for the service but it wasn't sent to my email. I have been to the bank more than 7 times over 8 months period,called customer service a million times but the problem is still the same . what a shame.

Please note that the official bank statement, which attracts a fee, should be picked up at the branch you selected during the request process, but the e-statement is sent via email. Easy to use for a transaction but difficult for verification. There's beeb 3 different occasions where I entered the right pin( same one I've used for successful transactions) Locked me out. Tried the self reset and did not work. Called customer service and they were of no help either. I have to pick a car from a very far distance as there is no agent in my area just to reset an app because Fidelity did not update my details when I went to the bank last year to update my details. it's tedious!
