1. Joint accounts can not be monitored by multiple account holders. 2. You complete inputting data for a transaction only to be told after that there was an impromptu software update, and you would have to start again. 3. Charges from transactions are not explicitly shown. Thurs 29th May,2025 App does not allow account to wallet transfer. it automatically shuts down and stops working when you select option.

Using the app is very easy and comfortable but I hate the fact that I have used my fingerprint for everything on the mobile App but anytime I add a new fingerprint to my phone which has nothing to do with the mobile app then the biometrics for the mobile app will be disconnected and it keeps locking my account every time. It is really annoying.
