Transactions are now so difficult to make on this app especially after I was asked to uninstall and install it again gosh! And oh if you had some money in there before uninstalling, after installing the app you lose everything. After going through the hustle to successfully make a transaction it doesn't even show your accurate account balance. It has become so painful to use this app and they keep debiting the account anyhow. They also have poor customer care help lines. Do better Fidelity!!

Whenever i put in my details they will say account is not recognized meanwhile when I put the short code and do Any transaction it will go through. Why? The app is not helping me at all

The app was working fine. After downloading the new app now I cannot transfer funds from my wallet to momo. I have called the bank and no solutions. For the past couple of months I cannot make account to momo transactions. I was told it's a network on Telco side. Can the bank look into this. It's frustrating.
