Easy to use for a transaction but difficult for verification. There's beeb 3 different occasions where I entered the right pin( same one I've used for successful transactions) Locked me out. Tried the self reset and did not work. Called customer service and they were of no help either. I have to pick a car from a very far distance as there is no agent in my area just to reset an app because Fidelity did not update my details when I went to the bank last year to update my details. it's tedious!

I changed phones and installed the app. When I enter details it tells me "device mismatch", adding up to the unpleasant experiences while I was using it previously. Please don't ask me to send an email because your response time and support services is very bad. I just want you to know this. You are trying but you can do better comparing you to other local banks. Please don't let the "local" affect your services..

I changed my phone, downloaded the app and now I can't log in to my account. The only pop up I see on the screen is user locked. When I visited a Fidelity branch, I was given the toll free number to call. I called several times, no response. It's time I close my account with is bank because this not the first time they are having issues with their mobile app. I have requested for ATM card update or replacement for almost a year now, no response. And their whatsapp platform response is very poor.
