Jobs
Take a job in under a minute. Device, problem, customer, done. See what is on the bench, what is waiting on parts, and what is ready for pickup without asking anyone.

Scheduling
Book on-site visits, drop-offs, and remote sessions. Your calendar shows the day at a glance, and customers get an automatic reminder before you show up.

Invoicing and payments
Turn a finished job into an invoice with the charges already on it. Send a pay link by text or email, or take a card in person. The customer gets a receipt without you writing one.

Customer messaging
Status updates go out on their own as work moves along, so the "is it ready yet" calls stop. Reply from the app; the whole thread stays on the job.

Parts inventory
Scan a barcode with your camera to pull a part up instantly. Take one off the shelf with one tap. FieldBench tells you when you are running low, and every change is logged, so you can always find out where a part went.

Estimates
Build a quote, send it, and let the customer approve it from their phone. An approved estimate becomes an invoice without retyping anything.

QuickBooks Online
Connect your QuickBooks and invoices, customers, and payments sync both ways on their own. Money you take in the shop shows up in your books. A payment your bookkeeper enters shows up in FieldBench.
