I've used this app since 2006. I love it for having to fax on the fly. Easy to use. Never needed support. It's great and highly recommended! Update (1/7/2026): It was phenomenal, but with the update from 12/31/2025 it now only prompts for a client ID. I signed up so long ago my id is a username (verified by logging in through the Web.) The app has now been rendered useless.

This has been an exceptional product over the years. I project managed building my home. Kept faxing drawings back and forth to engineer. So incredibly easy to use my phone and just send things over. Can't say enough about this product and unbelievably it's free. Never had a problem with any piece of the functionalities.

Overall this was app has served me very well. Would be great to have incoming fax capability on the app, or if it is available, please make it a bit more user friendly and easy to find.. and with that, more access to detailed fax history like on the website.
