Completely unusable app. I can’t even complete a basic ticket purchase because the checkout gets stuck on the “send tickets via WhatsApp” step — and there’s no way past it. Tried everything: different devices, different browsers, even the website, AI — same issue. So it’s clearly not user error, it’s your system. For a cinema chain, not being able to sell tickets online is ridiculous. This isn’t a bug, it completely breaks the core function of the app. Fix your checkout process. Right now.

Lol, when logging in for the first time I wasn't able to select a cinema. When I pressed back it took me back to the log in but started displaying an error if I tried to log in again. Had to close and reopen the app and then it acknowledges I'm logged in, but now not only are a number pages broken, it actually displays the coding errors on the UI. Wow...

The loading of and editing of credit card details is extremely frustrating. No access to all my digital cards on Google Pay, I try to load a physical credit card but every time you want to go back to your cart the app tries to process the payment and then deletes your entire cart. I've had to go through the movie and seat selection process like 4 times already. This is really bad engineering and the developers should hang their heads in shame.
