Completely unusable app. I can’t even complete a basic ticket purchase because the checkout gets stuck on the “send tickets via WhatsApp” step — and there’s no way past it. Tried everything: different devices, different browsers, even the website, AI — same issue. So it’s clearly not user error, it’s your system. For a cinema chain, not being able to sell tickets online is ridiculous. This isn’t a bug, it completely breaks the core function of the app. Fix your checkout process. Right now.

The loading of and editing of credit card details is extremely frustrating. No access to all my digital cards on Google Pay, I try to load a physical credit card but every time you want to go back to your cart the app tries to process the payment and then deletes your entire cart. I've had to go through the movie and seat selection process like 4 times already. This is really bad engineering and the developers should hang their heads in shame.

Flimgrail has clearly not thought out the payment and seat selection process when booking a movie. I have chosen seats under vitality options, chosen the snacks, then to my astonishment, doesnt present a payment gate for the tickets. went back and repeated the process, thinking i have left out a step. Those very seats are now unavailable. Let's see if you are able to assist swiftly or not.
