FINN TV USA (Foundation International News Network) is a unique television network based in Los Angeles, broadcasting on Channel 31.7. It holds the distinction of being the only terrestrial TV station operated by Sri Lankan expatriates abroad. Founded by Dr. Walter Jaysinghe—a father, philanthropist, entrepreneur, husband, and above all, a trusted friend—FINN TV functions under the umbrella of Sri Lanka Foundation International.
Driven by the motto “Sri Lankan Heritage on a Global Stage,” FINN TV USA is dedicated to preserving and promoting Sri Lankan culture while connecting the global Sri Lankan diaspora. Our primary objective is to bridge the gap between Sri Lankans living abroad and their roots, offering a vital platform for cultural expression, information sharing, and community building.
