About this app
Fino is a free expense tracker with shared ledgers: snap a receipt and AI reads the merchant, the amounts and every line item, so you don't have to type each one in.
▍What you buy stays with you
Receipt recognition runs entirely on your device: text recognition and understanding are handled by your phone's own chip, no internet connection is needed, and receipt photos are never sent to any server while they are being read.
By default a receipt photo is only used for recognition and is not kept. To keep a receipt, turn on "Save receipt photo" on the confirmation screen and it becomes the photo for those entries.
Your entries and photos sync to your own cloud space only after you sign in, so you can switch phones without losing anything.
Fino has no advertising, tracking or usage analytics SDKs, and never sells your data.

・AI receipt scanning — take a photo or pick one from your gallery; the merchant, amounts and line items are recognized offline, and several entries are recorded in one go
・Item name translation — after a foreign receipt is recognized, translate the item names into the app's language with one tap; translation happens on your phone (the first time you translate a language, its language pack is downloaded)
・Photos on entries — attach a photo to any entry, and optionally keep the receipt when you scan one
・Voice entry — say "Lunch 120" in the app and it's recorded, no typing needed
・Shared ledgers and bill splitting — share a ledger with family and friends, including people on iPhone. When anyone adds an entry it appears on everyone else's screen right away, no pull-to-refresh needed; photos attached to entries are visible to all ledger members
・Multiple currencies and Travel Mode — when you travel abroad, amounts are converted at the exchange rate automatically, and back home your entries still show in your main currency
・Budgets — set a budget for each category, see allocation and actual spending on a ring chart, and tap a category to see where this month's money went; your share in shared ledgers counts too
・Budget alerts — right after you record an entry, you're alerted if a category or your total budget is nearly used up or already over
・Daily balance calendar — see the net income or spending of every day this month at a glance on the home screen
・Customizable home and entry screens — reorder or hide home sections, and reorder the cards on the entry screen
・Recurring entries — rent, subscriptions and other fixed expenses are recorded automatically, no need to enter them every month
