Very poor service from Fino Payments Bank. I made a UPI payment of ₹200 but it was never credited. I even requested a refund, but got no reply from customer care. I opened this account thinking it was zero balance, but now I regret it. They also have hidden charges. Not recommended at all—better to choose NSDL Payments Bank or Jio Payments Bank.

Spent a lot of time in the KYC queue but no use. Even if it connects, the call disconnects in 27 seconds. Same issue for the last 3–4 days. I added ₹500 but the account balance shows zero. Worst service!

This is a completely useless bank. I have been trying to do VKYC for the last 10 days. The number keeps ringing for half an hour but still no one picks up the call and today even the customer care number is not working.
