the worst service facing by this. app last 3 months back I open an account on this bank then he says bank services and opening of account is free of cost but this bank debit money and also shows 377 minus balance in my account and also I try to login into this app so many times this app say verification failed so times mobile registration failed so many times to contact the customer care number but they can't solve this problem and I try to send a official mail to solve this problem their no re

This is the worst app, there is no transaction and their service is also not good, when I talk on call they keep saying that it will be done in 24 hours.

Very poor service from Fino Payments Bank. I made a UPI payment of ₹200 but it was never credited. I even requested a refund, but got no reply from customer care. I opened this account thinking it was zero balance, but now I regret it. They also have hidden charges. Not recommended at all—better to choose NSDL Payments Bank or Jio Payments Bank.
