Worst app I have installed and is rated 'much' higher than it deserves. It doesn't connect to the Ecli-320700 (Eclipse Server) even tho the system is connected to the Internet. Thus, no remote monitoring or control is possible. I've contacted horrible tech support and worthless. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, it worked for about a week. Update, Apr 2026, still horrible. Now the firmware won't update. Horrible App!

Paid almost $1,000 to upgrade to the eclipse so we could connect remotely, but it's hit or miss as to whether it will connect. Haven't been able to connect remotely at all since the latest upgrade. Internet connection is fine, but won't connect to the server. Also can't get firmware update to install. It'll get anywhere from 30-50% then say download failed. Pretty disappointed that we spent all that money for remote access when it doesn't work.

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and grey tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.
