Paid almost $1,000 to upgrade to the eclipse so we could connect remotely, but it's hit or miss as to whether it will connect. Haven't been able to connect remotely at all since the latest upgrade. Internet connection is fine, but won't connect to the server. Also can't get firmware update to install. It'll get anywhere from 30-50% then say download failed. Pretty disappointed that we spent all that money for remote access when it doesn't work.

This app is rated 'much' higher than it deserves. It doesn't connect to the Ecli-320700 even tho it's connected to the Internet. Thus, no remote monitoring or control is possible. I've contacted tech support and no help. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, it worked for about a week. Update, Apr 2026, finally got it to work. Now the firmware won't update... quantum physics. Horrible App!

If it works, it's great! Local connection is mostly reliable. The Remote connection is mostly unreliable. Constantly get an error message where my module can not connect to their server. Must assume it's the server's problem since local works. Tonight it's freezing and I want to shut down the roof heating before it gets below 40 outside. Can't Connect and I'm an hour away with my wife in the hospital. How would you feel!
