If it works, it's great! Local connection is mostly reliable. The Remote connection is mostly unreliable. Constantly get an error message where my module can not connect to their server. Must assume it's the server's problem since local works. Tonight it's freezing and I want to shut down the roof heating before it gets below 40 outside. Can't Connect and I'm an hour away with my wife in the hospital. How would you feel!

Paid almost $1,000 to upgrade to the eclipse so we could connect remotely, but it's hit or miss as to whether it will connect. Haven't been able to connect remotely at all since the latest upgrade. Internet connection is fine, but won't connect to the server. Pretty disappointed that we spent all that money for remote access when it doesn't work.

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and grey tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.
