Everything about this app and support needs serious improvement. I got charged twice in one month, the app barely worked for a week or two and all contact with customer support goes nowhere. I get the run around or no response. I've asked for refunds, I've replaced equipment and jumped through all the technical hoops trying to get this to work so I can adjust the temperature in my RV when I'm away to ensure my pets are OK.

I'm having 2 issues with this app when using it locally, after connecting for the first time, then navigating away and then back to the app, often it. won't reconnect unless I do a forced stop. second, after subscribing for remote access, remote access does not work. I keep getting connections failed messages, and faults I don't see when I connect locally

The climate controls are garbage! Who ever heard of a thermostat that only has a single setting for both heat and cool? You have to constantly keep manually adjusting the setting every day. Set it to 77 in the afternoon to keep the coach cool then you have to adjust it again at night or you will roast at night. Set it to 68 for sleeping or the heat will come on overnight and roast you out. Then don't forget to set it back to 77 the next afternoon or the AC will come on and freeze you! EVERY DAY!
