Super frustrating that we pay for the remote feature and it does NOT work when away from the RV. We have a dog and were excited we'd be able to monitor the temperature and control the AC units when we were away. Now I'm paying for a service I can't use (need to cancel). I now need to get yet another device to monitor the inside of the RV.

The app is super awesome but the bugs definitely need to be worked out. my app will say I have a fault but there isn't one on my main module. I also keep trying to look at the different subscription options and it either lags out or takes the options away and only let's me choose one. 2026 brinkley g3950 #2563

Unable to pair. Useless. Found the module but just kept spinning trying to authenticate.
