It's down quite frequently, and with the latest update, it won't let me use the only password I've ever had for this account, never once changed it, so now I have to call customer service and hope I don't sit on hold for hours just to change my password.

Great when it works but is inconsistent. Haven't been able to check my balance for a few days now, please find a way to update and fix these bugs so they aren't as frequent.

Absolutely terrible app. Seems to be down and disfunctional more often than not. Mobile deposits frequently take over 4-5 days to finally show available funds in my account.
