I can't describe how bad this app is. It's as bad as the bank is. I strictly have not switched banks yet because I have been with them for so long. I primarily use cash app, that's how bad this app is. I'm constantly locked out of it. It takes as much as 4 week days, to drop CASH into your account. I have had to delete and download this app countless times. it's pointless to have it I have to drive to the atm to check my account.

somehow this app and their website is "under maintenance" for hours and hours every other week but they still have the slowest most broken system ever I have no clue what they could possibly be "maintaining" and I have no clue why they can't just fix glitches and then send out updates like a normal not terrible and worthless app, sometime you can't even log in and there's just no explanation that's not okay people need to be able to use their money when they need it

It's down quite frequently, and with the latest update, it won't let me use the only password I've ever had for this account, never once changed it, so now I have to call customer service and hope I don't sit on hold for hours just to change my password.
